Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation by Customer:

    • Orders that are already processed, baked, or dispatched cannot be canceled.
    • Custom or personalized cake orders are non-cancellable once production begins.

  2. Order Cancellation by Pushp Cake:

    • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:
      • Unavailability of specific ingredients or designs.
      • Incorrect or incomplete order details provided by the customer.
      • Delivery location being out of our service area.
    • In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund for Canceled Orders:

    • If an order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, the full amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  2. Refund for Issues with Orders:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly contact us at 9999786565 or email info@pushpcake.com within 24 hours of delivery with relevant proof (e.g., photos of the product).
    • After verification, we will:
      • Offer a replacement, or
      • Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Products that have been consumed or altered in any way.
    • Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will not include delivery charges in cases where the product was delivered successfully.
  • For payments made via online methods, the refund will be processed to the same account or payment mode.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or a coupon code for future orders.
